Glenis' commitment to the local business community, her ability to inspire positive change and her unrelenting tenacity for putting businesses in the strongest financial position possible, is a winning combination that consistently gives her clients an unbeatable competitive edge. Glenis is passionate about minimising the negatives about being in business and maximising the positives that had you want to go in business in the first place. She is a CA, Tax Agent with over 25 years of experience in the Accounting, Finance and Business Growth industries – she is also an experienced business coach.

Starting in practice Glenis moved to the commercial sector where she held senior financial positions as well as various consulting roles before founding GM Accounting Pty Ltd. She has obtained formal qualifications in I.T. & Commerce and has extensive experience in Computer Accounting Systems. Glenis has a real affinity with the local business community and understands the challenges faced by SMEs in the current economic climate.

Glenis has a powerfully simple mantra - "To guarantee success, act as if it were impossible to fail" – this is a mindset that all great business owners and entrepreneurs hold and one that, with the application of specialised coaching and financial expertise, Glenis will help you adopt to grow your own business.

As a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia, Stuart has a synergy of intent with GM Accounting, in that his passion lies not just in reporting on the numbers of small to medium sized businesses, but helping business owners look beyond their financial statements to see and address the challenges, or capitalise on the opportunities that lie therein.

Stuart was appointed Partner to GM Accounting in 2010, heralding the beginning of a new chapter in his career and promising new, exciting possibilities for GM Accounting's clients. Stuart has a natural talent for helping SME owners discover untapped opportunities for growth in their business – a skill developed over a number of years in his previous roles, which included CFO of a property development company and a position at BDO Kendalls Chartered Accountants, where he provided accounting and taxation advice to SMEs and high net-worth individuals, across a range of different industries.

This broad knowledge base is the foundation of Stuart's ability to work with all kinds and sizes of businesses, providing valuable advice and strategic direction in how to best manage tax and compliance responsibilities for the most profitable, long term outcomes. Stuart seamlessly combines his technical expertise as a CA with 'real world' advice and support, resulting in an ability to help business owners achieve an overall dramatically improved financial footing for their business.

Having graduated in Commerce and Law at the University of Queensland, Stuart also possesses valuable commercial experience in property, finance and management, and seeks to build on these experiences at GM Accounting where he aspires to be a key player in effecting long term positive change in the local business community.
